By time,
Indeed, mankind is in loss,
Except for those who have believed and done righteous deeds and advised each other to truth and advised each other to patience.
Laylatul Qadr is the night of blessings, as Allah mentions in the Quran.
There is also a hadith in which the ulama say to seek Laylatul Qadr in the odd nights.
However, there is also an issue: if the month of Ramadan is 29 days, then the odd nights will be the 21st, 23rd, 25th, 27th, and 29th. So it is best to seek it in the last ten nights.
We should pray salah and ask Allah for forgiveness on this night.
