A few days back I received a PR package by
'Delicious Kitchen by Hina Faiz' you can order through their fb page.
They sent me
'Choco layered Dessert' and
'Plum Chatni'
I loved the Plum chatni so let's talk about it first. I remember the times when plum chatni was mandatory on every desi wedding and then suddenly plum chatni at shadis became a rare concept
Okay coming back to the chatni. I lovedddddd it and you can tell how much I loved it by the amount of D's I have put in it. I definitely recommend it. Must must must try.
The cup was for 400 Rs
Chocolayer Dessert :
The dessert was good as well.
It had a layer of egg pudding at the bottom and a layer of chocolate syrup with Cadbury chunks and shavings od Cadbury. It had a layer of cream and Marie biscuits as well.
Since I am not a huge fan of egg pudding I tried it and liked it but not loved it. My sister found it really good though and finished it all so you should try it once.
220 Rs
Checkout their fb page and order their food rn.

HEALTHY SUHOOR GUIDE:
Ramadan is almost here so here's a guide for a healthy suhoor for you all. I wish you all a blessed and healthy Ramadan.
1) Bread:
While you might be tempted to eat those parathas and it is okay to eat parathas once in a while but not on a daily basis. Switch to chapati or roti instead as it is a healthier option. Instead of white bread go for a whole wheat one as it is healthier and other than bread you can have cereals (unsweetened) as well.
2)Dairy:
Yogurt is a must during Suhoor never skip this guys because it beats the thirst and keeps you hydrated all day long. Try it for yourself and see the difference. Also it's a rich source of protein so it's a win win situation and if you can't eat yogurt on its own make lassi or smoothies whatever you prefer.
3)Protein:
Eat protein rich foods for suhoor like meat, eggs and legumes like chickpeas and beans.
4)Water :
Drink plenty of water during aftar and suhoor but don't try stocking water in your stomach because admit it we are human beings not camels 😂😂 so don't do it.
5) Avoid sugary stuff:
Avoid sugary cereals and drinks in suhoor because sugar provides instant energy only for a short time and then blood sugar level drops, leading to low energy all day long.
