Hey, my name is Syed Sibte Hassan. I come from a disciplined middle-class Pakistani family and I believe in halal income, systems, and long-term thinking over shortcuts or motivation. This platform exists to change how young people think so they can build skills, take responsibility, and create lives that feed families not just themselves.

Last week I met a 16 years old boy
He recently started learning AI automation
It has only been two months
He came with his father to office
During the meeting his father said
Abi tak kamana shuru nahi hua
When I heard this I was shocked
Two months only
And his father is expecting income
From a 16 years old
I am not saying his father is wrong
Parents want good for their children
They want security
They want stability
But skills do not work like miracles
Learning a skill is like planting a seed
You water it daily
You protect it
You give it time
Only then it grows
When pressure replaces patience
Creativity starts dying
Confidence goes down
Fear replaces curiosity
A boy who should be experimenting
Starts worrying about money
A learner becomes anxious
A dream turns into stress
Parents must understand
Skills take time
Especially digital skills
If you put earning pressure too early
You make him afraid
Support gives growth
Pressure gives damage
If your son is learning
That itself is progress
Let him grow
Let him fail
Let him learn
Money will come
But confidence once broken
Is very hard to rebuild
