Matka Rabri

Ingredients:
Milk 1 liter
Dried whole milk 250 gm
Cream 1 packet
Sugar ½ cup
Ice cream as required
Jelly 1 packet
Almonds, pistachios as required
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Rose water 1 tsp
Rose petals for garnish

Method:
First cook the milk until the gets half. Then dissolve cardamom powder, sugar and corn flour. Add to the milk and mix well. Now add cream, almonds, pistachios, whole dried milk and rose water. Mix well. Then add it into the matka pots, add jelly and ice cream. Allow it to cool. Lastly garnish with rose petals. Serve.
