Her brainchild, Sahiba Writing Squad, is not just an organization but a beacon of hope for women and youth striving to overcome barriers through education, skills, and self-confidence.
In 2021, while serving as a spoken English trainer at Influensis Academy, Sahibzadi noticed a recurring issue: many young women were eager to learn but were held back by financial constraints and limited resources. Driven by a desire to bridge this gap, she founded Sahiba Writing Squad.....A platform dedicated to empowering women and youth through skill development and opportunities. What began as a single course in a small town has grown into a globally recognized institution built on four strong pillars.
The Digital Literacy Program is a cornerstone of the organization, designed for women who aspire to create their own identity from home. Through online courses, participants learn skills that enable them to offer services on freelance platforms, fostering financial independence. Sahibzadi takes pride in the fact that single mothers and women with limited resources have transformed their lives through this program, becoming role models for others.
The Online Sessions department offers free training led by experts, brand owners, and professionals. These sessions go beyond education, fostering a supportive community where women and youth inspire each other to grow. The Competitions department provides a global stage for young talents to showcase their creativity, boosting confidence and encouraging healthy competition through awards and recognition.
Perhaps the most unique pillar is the Women Empowerment program. This initiative helps women market their products and skills by offering free product photography, marketing support, and reels creation. Through training sessions and workshops, women learn to navigate the marketplace, turning their talents into sustainable businesses.
