COSIS Township, Lahore, organized a Quran Khawani and Condolence Reference in memory of the martyrs of the Model Town tragedy and to pay tribute to the late M***i-e-Azam Minhaj-ul-Quran, Hazrat Allama M***i Abdul Qayyum Khan Hazarvi (رحمہ اللہ علیہ).

Faculty members, staff, and students gathered to recite the Holy Quran, offer special prayers for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs and the departed scholar, and express heartfelt condolences and solidarity with their bereaved families. The gathering prayed for Allah Almighty’s infinite mercy upon the deceased and for patience, peace, and strength for their loved ones.

May Allah Almighty grant the martyrs and Hazrat M***i Abdul Qayyum Khan Hazarvi (رحمہ اللہ علیہ) the highest ranks in Jannat-ul-Firdous and bless their families with steadfastness and comfort. Ameen.

مفتیِ اعظم منہاج القرآن انٹرنیشنل، حضرت علامہ مفتی عبدالقیوم خان ہزاروی رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کی رحلت، منہاج القرآن انٹرنیشنل، علمی و دینی حلقوں اور پوری اُمتِ مسلمہ کے لیے ایک عظیم سانحہ اور ناقابلِ تلافی نقصان ہے۔

مفتی صاحب رحمۃ اللہ علیہ علم و عمل، تقویٰ و للّٰہیت، اخلاص و وفاداری، اور خدمتِ دین کے ایک روشن مینار تھے۔ آپ ایک جید مفسر، بلند پایہ محدث، صاحبِ بصیرت فقیہ، ممتاز محقق اور صاحبِ تصنیف شخصیت تھے جنہوں نے اپنی علمی، تحقیقی اور دعوتی خدمات کے ذریعے عالمِ اسلام میں ایک منفرد اور نمایاں مقام حاصل کیا۔ آپ کی علمی و فکری رہنمائی سے لاکھوں افراد مستفید ہوئے اور آپ کی تصانیف و تحقیقات آنے والی نسلوں کے لیے مشعلِ راہ رہیں گی۔

حضرت مفتی عبدالقیوم خان ہزاروی رحمۃ اللہ علیہ، مجددِ رواں صدی، بانی و سرپرستِ اعلیٰ منہاج القرآن انٹرنیشنل، حضرت شیخ الاسلام ڈاکٹر محمد طاہرالقادری مدظلہ العالی کے ساتھ اخلاص، وفاداری، امانت اور رفاقت کا ایک درخشاں استعارہ تھے۔ آپ مصطفوی مشن کے سچے اور مخلص سپاہی تھے جنہوں نے اپنی پوری زندگی دینِ اسلام کی خدمت، فروغِ علم اور تحریکِ منہاج القرآن کے مشن کی تکمیل کے لیے وقف کیے رکھی۔ آپ واقعی اُن نادر شخصیات میں سے تھے جن کی گفتار اور کردار میں کامل ہم آہنگی پائی جاتی ہے اور جو اپنے قول و فعل سے دوسروں کے لیے عملی نمونہ ہوتے ہیں۔

میں اپنی ذات، منہاج کالجز اور پورے منہاج تعلیمی نیٹ ورک کی جانب سے حضرت شیخ الاسلام ڈاکٹر محمد طاہرالقادری مدظلہ العالی، اہلِ خانۂ مفتی صاحب، جملہ وابستگانِ منہاج القرآن اور تمام سوگواران کی خدمت میں دلی تعزیت اور ہمدردی کا اظہار کرتا ہوں۔
