𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-time
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: Rs 100,000.00 - Rs 130,000.00 per month + Commission %
𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Identify and pursue relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour.
• Craft tailored proposals to secure project contracts and drive business growth.
• Manage client relationships from initial engagement to project completion.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for job conversions.
• Maintain an up-to-date and optimized profile on Upwork.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience as an Upwork bidder or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Upwork platform policies and best bidding practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail in bid preparation and project assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
