The Lahore High Court (LHC) has ruled that the Punjab interim administration lacks the power to provide the Pakistan Army access to around 1 million acres of state land for corporate agro production. In accordance with the court's ruling, which was made public on Wednesday, the interim administration of Punjab and the Pakistani military lack the legal authority to participate in corporate farming.
