Zehra Zahid, the founder of Xee Beauty is incorporating a 'learning center' initiative into her already established beauty parlor and salon business to educate and employ women who aspire to become makeup artists, beauticians and more with the help of collaborative partners. The idea is to crea
te a dedicated institute one day for beauticians with priority for underprivileged women who would learn the art and enhance their skills in order to successfully qualify as makeup
artists and beauticians. They would then go on and work Health and Beauty related businesses or onto the commercial market. The vision is to support the vast majority of women who don't have a professional outlet to learn and showcase their skills free of charge. Empowering these women would mean penetrating into an untapped market of investment in human capital which can count for huge return in the near future. The institutes aim is to expand all across Pakistan, starting from Karachi, then onto other major cities and towns. The institute ( in the future) will consist of not only providing health and beauty courses but to also inject other skills such as:
'English as a second language', personal grooming, hygiene, wellness, photography and more technical & entrepreneurial training courses in the future and include training for men as well. Our mission is to Fill the gap in the diaspora and support people to stand on their own two feet. We want to put Health, Beauty and Well-being our top priority for the women who struggle on a day to day basis in understanding their true potential by providing such comprehensive outlets. Courses
