General information
Econizer works on a technology process that is called “ionization” and it is achieved within a ‘Metal Cylinder’ when fuel flow within itself and passes through chambers filled with ‘number of metals composition’ to achieve the ionization. When fuel flows through it, it is converted into ‘thin-mist’ as the metal composition caused a molecular reaction within the fuel molecules.
In simple words fuel is sent into combustion chamber in form of a ‘thinner mist’ which enables the fuel to be combusted completely and thus gives better fuel consumption, since it is formed in a thinner mist it also does not leaves carbon deposits in the fuel injectors or the combustion chamber thus helps in reducing your CO2 emission and maintenance costs too!
There are no moving parts inside the Metal Cylinder so there is ‘zero wear & tear’ and it is only ‘onetime install’ covered with two years’ manufacturer’s warranty.
There are no drastic modifications conducted on the Genset engine or anywhere. Only the device will be installed on the ‘fuel line’ between the fuel pump and the injector head. Only fuel supply line needs to changed, that is only if required, that too is also covered in the Net price.
