A 45-year-old patient presented to the clinic with a chief complaint of broken-down roots in the upper and lower regions, which were deemed irreparable (unrestorable) through conventional means. After careful assessment, it was determined that extraction of all broken-down roots was the most viable course of action. The extraction procedure was performed gradually to ensure patient comfort and optimal outcomes.

Post-extraction, a period of observation was instituted to allow for the natural healing process of the gingiva. During this interval, meticulous attention was given to the patient's oral health to facilitate an optimal environment for subsequent prosthetic intervention.

Considering the extent of the dental compromise and the patient's unique clinical scenario, the decision was made to provide a removable complete denture. This prosthetic solution was chosen after thorough consideration of the patient's oral health, functional requirements, and aesthetic concerns.
