This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta and Google Ads Specialist at NextCom Digital, located in Karฤchi. The Meta and Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on both Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating and overseeing ad campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, conducting keyword research, and implementing strategies to improve ROI. The specialist will also collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall marketing goals and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms
Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and data analysis
Proficiency in keyword research and campaign optimization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in digital marketing and advertising
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (is a plus)
Certification in Google Ads is a plus
