Foundation for Fundamental Rights is a non-governmental organisation of attorneys and socially active individuals working towards the advancement, protection and enforcement of fundamental human rights.

Our Writ Petition on is still pending at the Islamabad High Court. After the second hearing on October 7, 2022, we await para-wise replies from the Ministry of Law and Justice and the Ministry of Human Rights. Especially on the lack of implementation of Article 14 (6) of the International Convent on Civil and Political Rights, which Pakistan signed in June 2010.
📣 The state must compensate victims of Miscarriage of Justice!
