A Senior Auditor at AGPR Islamabad, he is currently serving as Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO) at the Secretariat Training Institute (STI), Islamabad. His professional career reflects strong expertise in public finance management, accountability, and institutional governance.

In addition to his public service, he is actively engaged in dairy farming entrepreneurship in Islamabad, demonstrating a practical commitment to economic development and sustainable livelihoods.

Driven by a strong sense of responsibility and patriotism, Asrar Shaheen is inspired to serve Pakistan through the platform of One Step For Pakistan, contributing his experience and dedication toward youth empowerment and nation-building initiatives.

We are honored to introduce Brig Dr. Mahboob Ahmad Butt (Retd), PhD, a valued member of the Board of Directors at One Step For Pakistan.

A highly accomplished professional officer, he brings over 30 years of national and international experience across administration, management, education, livestock development, and community welfare projects. His career includes working with the United Nations as well as leading national organizations, where he played a key role in uplifting local communities, enhancing livestock productivity, and advancing poverty alleviation initiatives.

With a proven track record in human resource management, academic leadership, security provision for VVIPs and foreign delegates, and successful ex*****on of high-impact projects generating significant revenue for the government, he is widely recognized for his strategic insight and results-driven leadership.

His dedication to institutional growth, sustainable development, and nation-building greatly strengthens our mission to empower youth and communities across Pakistan.
