The Journey of Chef Sajid & Cafe Bayak

Every great journey begins with a dream.

In 2005, Chef Sajid started his culinary career with a passion for learning. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience in a variety of international cuisines, working alongside talented chefs and continuously refining his skills.

His journey later took him to the Gulf countries, where he built a successful career in the hospitality industry. Despite having a rewarding job and a promising future, Chef Sajid made a bold decision—he left behind a high-paying career worth over one million to return home and follow a bigger dream.

That dream became Cafe Bayak.

More than just a restaurant, Cafe Bayak was created to inspire a new generation. It is a message that success is not only found in employment, but also in entrepreneurship, hard work, creativity, and serving your own community with pride.

The first branch was established in Mayoon, where it quickly became known for its warm hospitality and quality seafood. Today, we are proud to welcome you to our second branch at Rakaposhi, where every dish reflects years of dedication, experience, and passion.
