🇬🇧 Edge of the World – round two 😜

Since you’re not exactly supposed to fly a drone in Saudi Arabia– or at least, you’d better not get caught 😅 – we didn’t launch the “Major” right from the top of the cliff. It was pretty crowded up there anyway.

So the next morning we headed out again, took the off-road track down into the valley, and had another look at the cliff from below.
And honestly, that turned out to be a really good idea. From down there, the whole place looks even more massive – and our Major Tom could do his rounds in peace 😜

🇩🇪 Edge of the World - die Zweite 😜

Da man in Saudiarabien nicht unbedingt eine Drohne fliegen lassen sollte – beziehungsweise man sich dabei besser nicht erwischen lässt – haben wir den "Major" nicht direkt oben an der Klippe gestartet. Da war es sowieso ziemlich voll.

Stattdessen sind wir am nächsten Morgen nochmal los, haben den Offroad-Weg runter ins Tal genommen und uns alles noch einmal von unten angeschaut.
Und ganz ehrlich: Das war eine richtig gute Idee. Von unten wirkt das Ganze fast noch gewaltiger – und unser Major Tom konnte ganz in Ruhe seine Runden drehen 😜
