Pakistan has lost another climber and a true legend of the mountains. It is deeply saddening to hear about the tragic loss of our dear friend and a very young, emerging climber, Shah D ShimShalee, from Shimshal Valley, Hunza.

I have rarely seen a climber so passionate and inspiring, with such big dreams and positive energy for the Pakistani mountaineering community. His dedication and spirit will always be remembered among the mountains he loved so dearly.
