Higher Education Commission (HEC) Withdraws Equivalence of Mr. Muhammad Khalid Khurshid's LLB Degree Over Authenticity Concerns
Islamabad,
May 26, 2023: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has recently made an important decision regarding the Equivalence of LLB degree issued to Mr. Muhammad Khalid Khurshid on September 23, 2022. Following a notification from the University of London, the HEC has withdrawn the equivalence due to concerns over the authenticity of the degree.
Upon receiving information that the Bachelor of Law Degree submitted by Mr. Muhammad Khalid Khurshid Khan may not be genuine, the HEC diligently reviewed and processed the re-verification of the LLB degree presented by Mr. Khan.
In accordance with the prevailing policy, the HEC promptly reached out to the University of London to verify the authenticity of the degree, transcript, and sealed envelope containing the letter of verification provided by the applicant. The University of London has since confirmed that the envelope and its contents, including the copy of the degree certificate, Letter of Certification, and transcript, were not issued by them.
This action has been taken in accordance with clause #7 of the Affidavit submitted by the Applicant to HEC, which clearly states that in the event that any academic document is found to be fake or not in compliance with HEC's academic regulations, the HEC reserves the right to immediately cancel the equivalence letter. Consequently, the Equivalence granted to Mr. Muhammad Khalid Khurshid Khan for the claimed University of London LLB Degree, which was issued by the HEC, has been officially withdrawn as of May 12, 2023.

Sajid Sadpara has achieved a remarkable feat by scaling the summit of Mount Everest, which stands at an elevation of 8,848.86 meters, without using supplemental oxygen or the assistance of Sherpas. In addition to this achievement, it's worth noting that Sajid Sadpara has a significant amount of experience as a mountaineer. He has previously summited K2, the world's second-highest mountain, and has also attempted other challenging peaks such as Broad Peak and Nanga Parbat. His skill and experience have undoubtedly contributed to his success on Mount Everest, and he is sure to inspire other climbers and adventurers with his incredible accomplishments.
