Position title: Program Manager
Location: Regional Office Chitral

JOB PURPOSE: The Program Manager leads the program development and implementation of HF program interventions (Enterprise Development, Skills Development, Education) in Chitral. He/she will work closely with Director Programs to ensure the overall quality and impact for HF programming in Chitral region. The Program Manager leads the efforts to develop and implement programs that add value to the development efforts, achieve the greatest possible impact, and hold HF accountable to communities, donors and government in Chitral region.
