Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related course.

At least 1 year of sales or business development experience (BPO background a plus).

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Goal-driven and adaptable.

Job Description:

Call potential Australian customers and promote solar solutions.

Qualify leads, explain benefits, and set appointments.

Achieve sales conversion and target quotas.

Basic Requirements:

Prior outbound sales or solar campaign experience preferred.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Willing to work on Australian business hours (dayshift).

Highly motivated and target-oriented.
