Case 36:
Our client, RTR Restaurant Inc. recently called us in for a Preventive Maintenance Service for four of their Cassete Untis (3 Ceiling Cassette Units, 1 Concealed Cassette Unit).

Any HVAC Maintenance Protocol calls for diagnosis and checking for any problems. And after a thorough check-up, our client's Cassette units were found to have a considerable build-up of dirt and dust in their internals which dampened cooling performance. A buildup of dust and dirt can also reduce power efficiency, making a unit expend more power just to compensate for the buildups slowing them down.

This problem called for Basic Cleaning for the units' components to eliminate the buildup. Our maintenance team ensured the units were cleaned inside and out, power washing areas in their internals wherever buildups were found. After servicing, the units are now operating smoothly and cooling effectively once again, helping ensure a more comfortable and reliable environment.

Case 33:
APRO attended to a service request involving a wall-mounted split type air conditioning unit that was experiencing water leakage.

During inspection, the issue was found to be caused by dirt buildup within the unit, which can interfere with proper drainage and lead to leaks. To address this, our team carried out a basic cleaning to remove the accumulated dirt and restore normal operation.

After servicing, the unit is now functioning properly and cooling efficiently, with the leakage issue resolved.
