Sharing with you the 2nd version of my 3d render. This time, the second level was made open, acting like a large balcony overviewing the site and its features. For the design, a combination of modern x minimalistic approach was applied to create a simple, clean and fresh facade that complements the cafe.

Naniniwala ka ba sa second chance? In a context where mental health and drug rehabilitation may receive less prioritization, architectural projects such as recovery clinic, drug rehabilation centers and mental health facilities can play a crucial role in addressing substance abuse issues and improving the well-being of individuals in need.

Architecture is not just about the building form and facade. It's about providing solutions to problems through building plans and building design.

Good view and a cup of coffee?

A classical touch on a modern x minimalist design of a conference hall with cafe. The white and wood accent gives a very clean and neutral overall looks on the building, creating a serene atmosphere. Furthermore, the classical design of the columns and mouldings creates an elegant and classy accent on the building's facade.
