2025 FINAL TESTING & SEALING SUCCESSFULLY WITNESSED!

The PPCRV of St. James Subic proudly took part in the Final Testing and Sealing (FTS) of Vote Counting Machines on-site for the upcoming May 12 elections.

Our dedicated volunteers were present in 49 clustered precincts across 16 Voting Centers, ensuring that the machines are in good condition, properly tested, and sealed—ready for election day!

Despite limited access to 2 polling places, we commend our team for reaching 49 out of 52 clustered precincts, proving our strong commitment to clean and honest elections.
