Bolo Bolo Roots

Local Siquijor Musicians gathered to spread social, environmental and cultural awareness through music. The band got its name from an ancient healing ritual called bolo-bolo. It involves using a glass of water, bagacay (bamboo straw) and a magical black stone, that the healer bubbles around the body of a sick person.
