📚 Answer of the Week! 📚

What is the exponential form of 2048 and 512?

Solution:
We repeatedly divide each number by 2 and count how many times until we reach 1.

For 2048:
2048 ÷ 2 = 1024 (1st)
1024 ÷ 2 = 512 (2nd)
512 ÷ 2 = 256 (3rd)
256 ÷ 2 = 128 (4th)
128 ÷ 2 = 64 (5th)
64 ÷ 2 = 32 (6th)
32 ÷ 2 = 16 (7th)
16 ÷ 2 = 8 (8th)
8 ÷ 2 = 4 (9th)
4 ÷ 2 = 2 (10th)
2 ÷ 2 = 1 (11th)

So, 2048 = 2¹¹

For 512:
512 ÷ 2 = 256 (1st)
256 ÷ 2 = 128 (2nd)
128 ÷ 2 = 64 (3rd)
64 ÷ 2 = 32 (4th)
32 ÷ 2 = 16 (5th)
16 ÷ 2 = 8 (6th)
8 ÷ 2 = 4 (7th)
4 ÷ 2 = 2 (8th)
2 ÷ 2 = 1 (9th)

So, 512 = 2⁹

✨ Final Answer:
2048 = 2¹¹ and 512 = 2⁹

Basta Carlosian, Powerful ’Yan! 🏆

Carlos F. Gonzales High School bagged multiple awards last February 5, 2026, at John J. Russell High School during the Mathematics Fair Olympics. With outstanding performances across various events, CFGHS was crowned the OVERALL CHAMPION of the EDDIS III Mathematics Fair.

Behind this enormous achievement are students who proved their abilities through dedication, discipline, and countless hours of training—students who unleashed their full cognitive potential, powered by creativity, critical thinking, and the neurotransmitters that drive focus and excellence.

This victory was made possible by the hard work and commitment of the Carlosian Math Wizards who contributed to the overall title we proudly earned during the fair. Their perseverance and passion for mathematics truly set them apart.

Once again, Carlosians proved that the statement “Basta Carlosian, Powerful ’Yan!” is more than just a slogan—it is a testament to excellence, intelligence, and unstoppable determination.
Math Wiz? Carlosian ’yan. Champion? Carlosian ’yan.
