2nd Year Hospitality Management Educational Tour โจ
March 16โ17; A meaningful journey filled with learning, exploration, and real-world experience. Our 2nd Year HM students had the opportunity to attend the Hotel Familiarization Seminar at Subic Travelers Hotel and a Seminar at Bakasyunan Resort & Conference Center, where they gained valuable insights into the hospitality industry.
Beyond seminars, they explored and learned from culture and the arts at Casa San Miguel Museum, and deepened our knowledge of Philippine history at the Ramon Magsaysay Museum. ๐
Truly, this educational tour was not just about travelingโit was about discovering, experiencing, and growing as future hospitality professionals.

On March 18, 2026, our ๐๐๐๐ค๐ฃ๐-๐ฎ๐๐๐ง ๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐ผ ๐จ๐ฉ๐ช๐๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐จ majoring in ๐๐ช๐ข๐๐ฃ ๐๐๐จ๐ค๐ช๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ together with ๐๐๐ง๐จ๐ฉ-๐ฎ๐๐๐ง ๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐ผ ๐๐ช๐ข๐๐ฃ ๐๐๐จ๐ค๐ช๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฉ๐ช๐๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐จ, collaborated in a ๐๐ค๐๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ซ๐๐๐ฌ ๐จ๐๐ข๐ช๐ก๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ. This initiative allowed second-year students to prepare for and experience real-world recruitment processes as part of their ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ก ๐ง๐๐ฆ๐ช๐๐ง๐๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ for ๐๐๐010 ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฟ๐๐ซ๐๐ก๐ค๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ.
To make the experience more meaningful and realistic, the simulation was divided into two phases:

๐๐๐๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ: ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ฐ โ In this phase, a group of interviewees faced a panel of interviewers to assess their communication, confidence, and problem-solving skills.
