The Technical Working Group (TWG) on Executive Order No. 61 (s. 2024), chaired by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), has issued Resolution No. 2026-1 dated July 2, 2026, formally announcing the approval by the Office of the President of the grant of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Performance-Based Bonus (PBB).

The Resolution likewise announces the issuance of Memorandum Circular No. 2026-1 dated July 3, 2026, which sets forth the Guidelines on the Grant of the Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024.
