I'd like to introduce myself first,
I'm Erika C Pollicar, currently based in the Philippines, financial advocate, dog mom to 8 gentle giant doggos, wife to James, ambivert and definitely an old soul 🤍

I first got into essential oils in 2018 and thought it was only used for sleep and for having the room to smell nice. I used to buy really cheap ones as well, as in P50 per 5ml of oils, which probably caused more harm than good to my health. I didnt know better back then - if it is cheap, most likely it is filled with synthetic fillers & artificial fragrance aka chemicals 😟

Only when I knew more about Young Living EOs(akala ko din sobrang mahal niya dati) that I became aware of 100% pure essential oils, their different benefits and how to use them properly. Basically, I had it all perceived wrong before. But now I know (a little) better and I am continuously learning.
