History has been made as these campus journalists became the first-ever group from Bagumbayan to reach the National Schools Press Conference, competing in Collaborative Desktop Publishing – Secondary Filipino, held in Ormoc City, Leyte, from April 12 to 17, 2026.

Adding to this achievement, Madeha Datumanong brings honor to the school after being elected as Assistant Treasurer of the National Secondary Editors Guild, showcasing the leadership of Bagumbayan journalists on the national stage.

And truly worth celebrating, Ang Lawiswis has been recognized among the Best School Papers in NSPC 2026, continuing to amplify stories that matter.
