I didn’t grow up with slow mornings.
I grew up with pressure, rushing, and the feeling that I had to earn my rest.
So learning to sit here with my thoughts, the sky, and a quiet cup of coffee, feels like healing in real time.

No hustle.
No expectations.
No noise.
Just presence.

And maybe slow mornings aren’t about doing less…
maybe they’re about finally giving myself the peace I never knew I needed.

For the year that almost broke us...

2025 wasn’t a year you simply survived.

It was a year you completed.

It didn’t reward speed, productivity, or performance.
It rewarded honesty.
The kind that asks you to stop carrying what already expired.
Some endings were loud.
Most were quiet.
Doors didn’t always slam shut, some just stopped opening.
We learned that closure is an inside job.
That rest is integration, not quitting.
That finishing is sacred.
If you’re standing here tired but clearer, lighter but quieter, you did it right.
We don’t rush past 2025.
We thank it.
Now we step into 2026
not as survivors,
not as seekers,
but as builders.
And this time, we know exactly what we’re building from.

Healing gets messy when we try to make it simple.

A lot of conversations online frame healing in absolutes - one right way, one root cause, one final answer.
That’s usually not an invitation to heal. It’s a request for certainty, loyalty, or authority.

Real healing doesn’t work like that.
It unfolds in layers.
It loops.
It integrates over time through insight, understanding, repair, and lived experience.

Take what resonates.
Leave what doesn’t.
And don’t let anyone convince you that healing has a finish line.

There were three things I had to learn on this journey.

First, acknowledge what happened, the good and the bad.
Not minimize it. Not rewrite it. Not pretend I was “fine.”
Just tell the truth about what I lived through.

Then, accept it.
Accept that it hurt.
Accept that it changed me.
Accept that it mattered, even if I wish it hadn’t.
Acceptance wasn’t approval. It was simply stopping the fight with reality.

And then the hardest part: accountability.

Not for what happened to me
but for what I choose to do after.
For the boundaries I set.
For the patterns I break.
For the meaning I give those experiences moving forward.

Life happens. People hurt us. Some things are unfair.
But at some point, the next chapter is still ours to write.

That was the real healing.

I used to think healing meant fixing what was broken.
But now I know nothing in me was ever broken.
I just had to walk through the fire alone long enough to remember who I’ve always been.

This season wasn’t about surviving the past.
It was about choosing myself in every small, quiet step…
even when no one was watching,
even when it felt like I was rebuilding my life from ashes with my bare hands.

I’m not what happened to me.
I’m what I’m becoming;
one shift, one breath, one rise at a time.

🎧 I'm not what happened to me.

There’s a very specific ache that comes with growth,
the moment you realize you can’t go back to who you were,
even if part of you wishes you still fit there.

It’s not sadness.
It’s not regret.
It’s the discomfort of finally seeing yourself clearly…
and realizing you’ve outgrown the version of you that settled, shrank, or stayed silent just to survive.

And the hardest part isn’t the change itself,
it’s learning how to sit with the new you
without trying to collapse back into old patterns just because they’re familiar.

If you feel that ache, breathe.
You’re not breaking.
You’re expanding.
Your nervous system is just adjusting to a life that finally has space for you.

This is what it feels like to meet yourself at full size.
It’s confronting.
It’s tender.
And it’s the truest kind of freedom you’ll ever taste.

I didn’t go to Kadek looking for some life-changing prophecy.
I just wanted clarity, the kind that helps you breathe a little easier.

Instead, he gave me five practices that sound almost too simple to matter:

Open your heart.
Let go.
Surrender.
Be grateful.
Trust yourself.

No theatrics.
No secret techniques.
Just the fundamentals, the parts of being human we tend to skip because they require honesty, not effort.

And that’s what struck me.
Sometimes the real “healing” isn’t a breakthrough moment…
it’s returning to the basics you abandoned when life got heavy.

These five things aren’t new.
But hearing them at the right time?
It felt like someone quietly resetting the compass I didn’t realize had drifted.

Grounded.
Simple.
And exactly what I needed.

People think karma is cosmic revenge.
But it’s really just causality.

Intention has no polarity — it’s not good or bad.
Whatever you direct outward, you hold first.

So when you send out ill will,
you’re the one who absorbs it.
Not them.

Energy is a mirror.
And it always comes back multiplied.

That’s why I don’t wish karma on anyone.
Being themselves is more than enough.

Most people don’t have a problem with their goals, they have a problem with their timing.

This year, I built a new system - a system that helped me write my book, structure my healing, make decisions, travel with intention, and actually survive a full nervous system reset.

It’s not astrology.
Not tarot.
Not prediction.

It’s a pattern-recognition framework based on math, timing cycles, psychology, and your personal energetic blueprint.
Think of it as a “life dashboard” that tells you what season you’re in… so you can stop guessing and start aligning.

Some years are for endings.
Some are for rebuilding.
Some are for breakthroughs.
Some are for launching.

And when you know your pattern, you stop fighting your life and you start moving with it.

I used this exact framework to understand why 2025 felt like closing loops… and why 2026 is a massive beginning not just for me, but for anyone entering a 1 Year cycle (btw, just so you know 2026 is a year 1 cycle as well 🤯)

So if you bought my book, I want to give you a free reading as a thank you.
If you want to know your pattern for 2026 and how to align your decisions with your season.
Message me with your picture and review of the book to receive my gratitude. 🥰🥰
