Help me trust You, even when I’m afraid.

Lord, You know the heaviness in my heart and the questions I carry in silence. When discouragement tries to take over, remind me to lift my eyes back to You. Help me not to be consumed by my worries, but to anchor my hope in Your promises. Strengthen me in moments of weakness and fill me with peace that goes beyond what I understand.

Today, I speak to my soul—choose hope. Even when things are unclear, God is still in control. Even when I feel tired, He is still my strength. I may be down, but I am not defeated. My hope is alive because my God is faithful.
