– ₱35,000 full rent for 5 months, one-time payment.
2. Until when is the rent at the location valid, and what happens if I want to continue?
– The rent is valid until May 2026. If you wish to continue, a new contract with Primark is required.
3. How much is the food cart, and what was its original price?
– The food cart costs ₱45,000, with an original price of ₱70,000.
