We understand that many of you are still experiencing no internet connection, and we sincerely apologize for the continued inconvenience.

Based on our latest on-site check, more workers are now actively repairing the lines, and efforts have been intensified to restore service as quickly as possible.

The delay is due to the extent of the damage—a wide area of wiring was affected, and for safety reasons, connections had to be temporarily cut while the electric lines are being properly restored. This process takes time to ensure everything is fixed correctly and safely.

At this moment, we are still unable to provide an exact time for full restoration, but please be assured that progress is ongoing and work is being expedited.

We also ask for your understanding as our responses may be delayed. Due to the outage, even our team is experiencing limited or no signal, and we need to go to other areas just to send updates.

As of May 5, 2026 (3:39 PM), a fallen electric post along Sandoval Ave. cor. Centennial 1, Brgy. Pinagbuhatan has caused disruptions affecting some of our internet lines in the area.

This incident has impacted the connection of some of our valued clients. Our technical team is already aware and is currently coordinating and actively resolving the issue.
