QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate or with vocational/ short course diploma
- Must have NC II Certificate
- 1–2 years working experience in the field of HVAC/ air conditioning trade/ VRF
- Knowledge in installation and troubleshooting of HVAC units (Inverter and VRF)
- With average oral and written communication skills
- Must be residing in Cebu City
- With license and / or motorcycle is an advantage
- Can start ASAP

BILLING AND COLLECTIONS OFFICER

Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- At least college level
- With 2 years of relevant experience in Billing and Collections
- With background in monitoring and preparation of invoice
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Can work with minimal supervision
- With good to excellent Communication Skills
- With good handwriting
- Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and on Email
- Resident of Pasig City or nearby area ( Taguig, Pateros, Makati, Mandaluyong )
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
- Can start ASAP

Job Descriptions:
- Prepare invoice for collection
- Scan and print documents needed for invoicing and collection
- Email billing statements to client
- Monitor payment
- Follow-up collections
- Other related tasks may be assigned

Work Location: Pasig City
