: Accounting and Finance Head
Reports to: Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Executive Officer

Role Overview
• Responsible for preparing and reviewing all FLV Holdings Incorporated financial documents, reports, and statements. He/She also oversee all accounting procedures while advising on general finance matters.
• Responsible for the direction and supervision of the preparation and completion of monthly reports and compliances to the Bureau of Internal Revenue and for Management Meeting and Updating to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Administrative Officer.
• Responsible for analysis of different reports required by the management, external audit, etc.
• Reviews, verifies and prepares monthly the Bank Reconciliation Statements and prepares necessary adjustments in the books of accounts;
• Analyzes information, data, transactions, system reports, and recommends method of improving economic operation of FLV Holdings Incorporated.
• Reviews summary of input taxes, output taxes and other pertinent schedules submitted and accurately check/recompute the tax obligations of the Holdings.

Qualifications:
• At least 4 years supervisor experience
• With Masters in Accountancy / Management / Business Administration (preferably)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Good working knowledge in various computer systems and accounting programs
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent management skills
