On 29 June 2023, Pangasinan State University Urdaneta, Sta Maria and Asingan ROTC Unit under the supervision of 105th Community Defense Center, 1RCDG, RESCOM, PA conducted Joint Closing Ceremony of Basic ROTC Cadets SY 2022-2023 with HON JULIUS C RAMOS, Municipal Mayor of Sta Maria Pangasinan, as Guest of Honor and Speaker and COL LEOPOLDO T BABANTE MI (GSC) PA Group Commander together with training Staff headed by LTC ROBERTO C AGUSTIN (OS) PA, Commandant held at Sen Leticia Ramos Shahani Convention Hall (CBC) Sta Maria Campus, Sta Maria, Pangasinan.
