Thereafter, the group gained more members and more bands. The group wa then called as the Samahang Navoteño or most commonly known as "SNM". It was started and established by Neil Dumalasco (Popfilter) and with the late Arlie Nava together with other musicans and music enthusiasts. SNM usually conducted their own events during fiestas within the different Barangays in Navotas and, at times, perfor
ming outside Navotas such as recital productions and occasion events. As part of its vision and commitment to unite all the musicians of Navotas, SNM also conducted "Rock Agains" (Rock Again 1, 2, 3, 4 etc.). An event that is open to all musicians and music enthusiasts to show their talents. Free music clinics/workshops were also given by SNM for the benefit of all who are interested to learn music. Free Music Clinics for the young kids and other help that we have given for our needed brothers." SNM would soon rise to show the music industry that there are talents too here in the city of Navotas that can cater the urge of the music enthusiast into a new and different sound of music.
