JCI Masbate Rodeo proudly celebrates the successful conduct of the 41st Youth Leadership Excellence Awards (YLEA) 2026, marking a historic milestone as our organization’s first-ever YLEA in Masbate.

This meaningful celebration gathered outstanding young leaders from the elementary, junior high school, and senior high school levels who exemplify academic excellence, leadership, service, and character.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our valued partners from the Department of Education – Schools Division Offices of Masbate City and Masbate Province, our partner schools, supportive parents, generous sponsors, and all stakeholders who helped make this initiative possible. Special thanks to our guest speaker, represented by Atty. Dinah Dawn V. Serra, PDO I of SDO Masbate City, and to McDonald’s Masbate through Sir Elpedito Acupanda for their invaluable support.
