In this toner the secondary ingredients is Ethyl Alcohol which is poor performer and can cause extreme dryness & sensitivity to your skin. Kojic Acid Dipalmitate is more stable than kojic acid which is good, however studies shown that it is less effective than the kojic acid. The product used multiple active ingredients like glycolic acid AHA as an expoliator and not advisable for daily use. Also contain Ascorbic Acid as antioxidant which is ok however if added to a formulation with more active ingredients like AHA will stress your skin's and alter the functions.
If you have oily skin, acne prone skin, dry skin you need to avoid products with multiple active ingredients and alcohol( different from ceteryl alcohol and cethyl alcohol which are good in formulation)

Ok guys me again! Just browsing in the internet and saw a lot of DIY tips on how to exfoliate your skin🤔 but wait, wait! They said you can use sugar, salt, coffee grounds, baking soda, seeds and what so ever for your face?. Please guys have mercy to your skin😖.
To maintain a glow and beautiful skin, we must keep our skin well exfoliated regularly. What is exfoliating: "Exfoliating is the process of removing dead skin cells from the surface of your skin thru Physical or chemical exfoliator.
Many blog post suggestion is physical expoliator using sugar and what ever stuff you can find in the kitchen. I will breakdown each and tell you why you should not use it as exfoliator for your face.
1. Sugar, coffee, oats, seeds or any powdered stuff at your kitchen are said to be a good exfoliator, well yes! It can exfoliate, however the point is it can also scratch and damage your skin. It can cause micro tears on your face, a term use for micro wounds due to sharp edges of sugar or what so ever powder you used as exfoliator.
2. Baking Soda is alkaline, high ph level can damage skin's acid mantle our protective barrier against pollution and outside invaders.
3. Salt is highly comedogenic and can clog your pores then become imflamation and breakouts.
4. Apple cider Vinegar, oh my god! please have mercy to your skin. Apple cider is too acidic and can actually burn your skin, guys burning is different from exfoliating.
5. Milk and fruits purees, do not put foods on your face. The chances of gettting it's nutrients is impossible, better to eat that stuff. Other thanthat residue of the purees will attract bacteria and fungus build up that can irritate your skin.
So what I will use for my face as exfoliator?
You have two options, one use chemical exfoliator and two forget about exfoliating your skin.ðŸ¤
I will recommend chemical exfoliator such as AHA & BHA because they are more gentle, effective and safe for your skin.🤩
AHA refer to Alpha Hydroxy Acid such as Glycolic Acid 5% & Lactic acid 10%.
BHA refer to Beta Hydroxy Acid like Salicylic Acid at 1-2%
