RTPE Digital Inc. is hiring an HR Generalist who will champion recruitment, engagement, training, and compliance across the organization.

📋 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related course
✔ At least 1–2 years of HR experience
✔Hands-on experience in recruitment, performance, and training management
✔ Familiar with HR policies, payroll, and labor law
✔ Organized, proactive, and people-oriented
✔ SHIP-Aligned: Self-Discipline, Humility to learn and listen, Integrity, Passion for Excellence
