New Project feature: 3 San Pablo residence renovation.

Another exciting project to start this 2024. This is our fourth project from a previous client.

The old house sits on a 470 sq.m lot area with a gross foor area of 320 sq.m. The house is a split-level structure built around the early '70s and had undergone some minor renovations in the late '90s.

Today, we are tasked to reinvent this decades-old building and bring it into the present - integrating current design trends and latest technologies for a future-proof home fit for sustainable living and is adaptable to the fast changing environment settings. We're going to reinforce the structural elements and replace all the electrical and sanitary components of the house to comply with the updated building standards.

Project status: Contract Documents Phase
Target Construction start: July 2024
