Defraktor is a experimental art project, blending various sounds and styles, from Experimental Electro Wave to ambient and field recordings, started by Karsten Hamre (also known from Penitent, Arcane Art, Dense Vision Shrine etc) in 2002. There are no limits of what elements that might be blended into the music of Defraktor.
Even though I'm still in recovery I'm still working on new music. The next one seems to be Defraktor - Abandoned Dreams in a Hollow World. For some it might be a strange project but in essence this will consist of 4 albums.
It's a special Defraktor project as there's first 2 separate albums with 8 tracks each, then the third album is the combination and evolution of the first two, also 8 tracks, then the final fourth album is an evolution of the previous one and will culminate in a 4 track album.
