Last November 4, Typhoon Tino devastated Villa Del Rio 1. My brother-in-law Joel’s family was among those affected. Floodwaters rose almost to the ceiling, that nearly drowned their home. It took two weeks just to clean enough to return. Their house is still up but needs a lot of work for it to become livable again.
