Jude with 1 year as our Web Developer and Designer, building and designing the web experiences our clients depend on, with the kind of reliability this studio runs on.

Val just made it to 1 year as our Multimedia Designer, bringing the visual and motion work to life in ways that make people stop and pay attention.

12 years ago, you built PUGO Design Studio with a vision. But through the years, especially during the hardest moments, you showed us that this studio was built with something even greater: heart, sacrifice, and genuine care for your people.

During Typhoon Tino, while your own home and family were affected by the flood, you still made sure the team was okay. You kept the studio going, kept showing up, and never let us feel alone through it all.

Beyond the brands, the projects, and the studio itself, you built a team that feels supported, valued, and inspired to grow.
