Art Director
Job Descriptions:
· Develop creative concepts and designs for ads, emails, web, and digital marketing that is on strategy and brand.
· Work with the head of creative providing leadership and direction to a team of graphic designers and art directors.
· Motivate the design team to deliver top-level creative and ensure a consistent level of ex*****on.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or related to Graphic Design with 2 to 3 yrs of relevant work experience.
· Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Mainly Illustrator and Photoshop) and with extensive experience working with Microsoft Powerpoint.
· Experience with client management and effective people-management.
· Willing to work on Gy schedules (8:00pm to 05:00am)
· Must have experience in dealing with Brand launching, Campaign development, positioning and strategy development.
· Proficiency with appropriate technical tools.
· 2-3 yrs relevant experience
· Willing to report onsite 2 times a week. (2 days per week 3 days wfh)
