Monitor and follow-up applications
Assist in compliance of deficiencies
Ensure proper documentation format
Maintain confidentiality
Turnover approved documents
Provide post-approval guidance
B. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Submit complete and accurate documents
Provide clear scanned copies (PDF format)
Respond to requests promptly
Settle payments on time
Ensure product information is truthful
Cooperate during inspections
