The program brings together local government participants eager to level up their skills and adapt to the demands of modern public service. Through hands-on sessions and guided learning, they are discovering practical ways to improve efficiency, collaboration, and responsiveness in governance.

Expert instructors are leading specialized trainings: Microsoft Office (Word) with Miss Maricel Jumagbas & Miss Janeth San Luis, PowerPoint Presentations with Maโ€™am Lovely Rose Esparar, PC Repair and Maintenance with Sir Glenn Frencillo, Nee Librando, Darwin Wroi Rios, & Vicent Montanes, and Web Development fundamentals with Sir Roger S. Mission, DIT.

By combining digital literacy, productivity tools, and technical skills, Project RS-AIKS empowers participants to provide smarter, more innovative, and cost-effective public service. Beyond technical know-how, the program encourages teamwork, problem-solving, and real-world application of knowledge to benefit their communities.

This initiative highlights the Collegeโ€™s commitment to preparing a future-ready workforce and shows how education can positively transform both people and the communities they serve.
