SEA TRAVEL GUIDELINES IN GUIMARAS

As of 24 November 2025 | TCWS No. 1 due to Tropical Storm VERBENA

In view of the Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 raised over the Province of Guimaras, the following protocols are hereby enforced for the safety of all passengers and vessels:

✅ Passenger vessels plying the Guimaras-Iloilo City route (and vice versa) shall operate at no more than 50% of their authorized passenger capacity.

✅ Ro-Ro vessels over 200 GT are allowed to sail, provided they do not exceed 75% of their authorized cargo capacity.

⛔ All trips between Sebaste, Sibunag, Guimaras and Pulupandan Port, Negros Occidental (and vice versa) are suspended until further notice.

✅ All voyages are limited from sunrise to sunset only.

❗ The public is strongly advised to avoid non-essential travel to Iloilo City at this time, as trips may be suspended without prior notice should weather conditions worsen.

The Provincial Government of Guimaras advises all passengers to coordinate with shipping operators, follow safety protocols, and monitor official updates.
