ADOPT-A-STUDENT PROGRAM

WHAT TO SUBMIT?

1. Completed Application Form
2. Certificate of Indigency from the barangay
3. Certificate of Enrolment
4. Faculty Endorsement Letter from the respective College
5. Most Recent Academic Grades

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be a student enrolled at Partido State University, regardless of college or year level.
2. Demonstration of a strong academic record and prior community service involvement.
3. Proof of financial need is essential, with preference given to candidates from low-income families, typically those whose income falls below the poverty threshold.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF SCHOLARS

1. Submission of a transcript of grades at the conclusion of each semester.
2. Achievement of grades no lower than 1.75 or 90.
4. A consistent communication with the sponsor.
