To ensure the safety of students, faculty, staff, and visitors, all vehicles entering and exiting Bicol University are required to observe the maximum speed limit of 20kph.

With the start of the semester and the expected increase in foot traffic, the University reminds everyone to drive cautiously and help maintain a safe and secure campus environment.
